Through our quote request form, we collect: full name, email address, and project description. In addition, through Google Analytics 4 with Google Signals we collect usage and navigation data, as well as demographic and interest data (such as age range, gender, and interests) derived from your Google account. This collection uses cookies and only runs with your consent.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used exclusively to: (a) respond to software project quote requests and inquiries, (b) communicate about project development, (c) improve the website experience and measure and understand our audience, including demographics, through analytics.

4. Legal Basis

Processing of form data is based on the user's explicit consent when submitting it. Analytics and audience measurement (Google Analytics 4 and Google Signals) are carried out solely on the basis of your consent, which you can grant or decline through the cookie banner and withdraw at any time.

Your data may be processed by the following service providers under confidentiality agreements: Resend (email delivery service — in transit only), Amazon Web Services (hosting infrastructure), Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 and Google Signals — usage, demographic, and interest data).

Quote request data is retained for a maximum of 2 years or until the data subject requests deletion. Analytics data is subject to Google Analytics' retention policy.
